Nicolás is angry. Once again they broke into his house and took his
bike away. He could swear to have seen a suspicious man hanging around
his block that day. So, the city half destroyed by an earthquake and the
curfew imposed by the military government do not matter, he goes with
his mother to the Court to identify the thief. But he sees more than he
would want and, after discovering the threads that join him to that evil
place, he is not certain about the meaning of State of Catastrophe, but
he thinks he has a lead.
